Programming Instructions
  1. Power on the handset
  2. Enter ##7764726700 Send followed by SPC
  3. Select Service Program
  4. Press Ok at MEID/ESN screen
  5. Select Edit and enter MDN phone number (10 digit number), then click OK
  6. Select Edit and enter MIN phone number (10 digit number) then click OK
  7. Press OK at Nam1 screen
  8. Press Exit when done
  9. Phone will power cycle and programming is now complete
Diagnostic Mode
  1. Press the MENU button
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Applications
  4. Select Development
  5. Put a check mark on USB Debugging
  6. Now plug in the phone to the computer
  7. Drop down the notification bar on the phone
  8. Click on usb and select the "modem" option
Additional Troubleshooting
  1. Make sure phone is in diag mode. (if applicable)
  2. Ensure port on phone is clean, brush out if necessary.
  3. Check for proper cable and snug connection to phone port.
  4. Unplug computer side of USB cable, wait 3 seconds and plug into different usb port.
  5. Reinstall drivers for your mobile device. Use Device Manager to ensure you dont have any driver conflicts and the phone is showing up properly.
