Programming Instructions
  1. Enter ##626* for NAM Programming
  2. You will be prompted to ENTER SUBSIDY CODE
  3. Enter 000000 and press OK.
  4. Select MDN
  5. Enter your new 10 digit MDN and press OK
  6. Select MIN
  7. Enter your new 10 digit MIN and press OK
  8. Select CDMA Home SID.
  9. Enter the 1 to 5 digit CDMA System ID. (Provided by your carrier)
  10. Press the DONE button. Your phone will reset.
Diagnostic Mode
  1. Bring up the dial pad and enter *#*#2846579#*#*
  2. Select Project menu
  3. Select Background settings
  4. Select Usb ports settings
  5. Select normal mode
  6. Phone is now on diag mode
Additional Troubleshooting
  1. Make sure phone is in diag mode. (if applicable)
  2. Ensure port on phone is clean, brush out if necessary.
  3. Check for proper cable and snug connection to phone port.
  4. Unplug computer side of USB cable, wait 3 seconds and plug into different usb port.
  5. Reinstall drivers for your mobile device. Use Device Manager to ensure you dont have any driver conflicts and the phone is showing up properly.
