Programming Instructions
  1. Click phone icon to go to dial pad
  2. Dial ##7764726 and hit call
  3. Enter 000000
  4. Choose User Activation 
  5. Enter in MDN then click OK
  6. Enter in MIN then click OK
  7. Hit the back button once and it will say “phone will reset now”
  8. Let it reset and phone will be programmed.
Diagnostic Mode
    Hardware Virtual Serial Port is REQUIRED. See Driver Archive.
  1. Turn the phone on
  2. Go to Menu, Settings, Applications, Development
  3. Place a checkmark on USB Debugging.
  4. Plug in USB cable.
  5. Drop down the phone’s notification bar
  6. Click on “USB connection“
  7. Choose PC Mode
  8. Power off phone using power button
  9. Phone will turn back on to homescreen automatically
  10. Phone is now in diag mode.
Additional Troubleshooting
  1. Make sure phone is in diag mode. (if applicable)
  2. Ensure port on phone is clean, brush out if necessary.
  3. Check for proper cable and snug connection to phone port.
  4. Unplug computer side of USB cable, wait 3 seconds and plug into different usb port.
  5. Reinstall drivers for your mobile device. Use Device Manager to ensure you dont have any driver conflicts and the phone is showing up properly.
