Programming Instructions
  1. Press Phone icon, press # # 7 7 8, press Call
  2. Press Edit Mode
  3. Enter Password 000000
  4. Press NAM Settings
  5. Press Mobile Directory Number (MDN)
  6. Press "12#" on display to change display to numbers
  7. Enter 10 Digit MDN , tap OK
  8. Press MIN1
  9. Enter 7 Digit MIN (Carrier Provided)
  10. Press MIN2 and Enter 3 digit area code (Carrier Provided) tap OK
  11. Press Back Arrow
  12. Press Home SID/Home NID
  13. Press Home SID/NID #1
  14. Enter Home SID/NID (Carrier Provides this) keep the default NID set to 65535
  15. Press Menu
  16. Press Commit Modifications
Diagnostic Mode
  1. Go to Menu, Settings, Applications, Development and check "USB Debugging"
  2. Click on “Phone” to bring up the dial pad
  3. Enter ##3424# followed by the SEND key
  4. A photo of 3 devices will come up and it will say “DM Command Service” on top
  5. Phone is now on DIAG mode
Additional Troubleshooting
  1. Make sure phone is in diag mode. (if applicable)
  2. Ensure port on phone is clean, brush out if necessary.
  3. Check for proper cable and snug connection to phone port.
  4. Unplug computer side of USB cable, wait 3 seconds and plug into different usb port.
  5. Reinstall drivers for your mobile device. Use Device Manager to ensure you dont have any driver conflicts and the phone is showing up properly.
