Programming Instructions
  1. Dial ##000000 SEND (or ##000000#) to get to the programming menu
  2. Next highlight Mobile Directory Number and enter your 10 digit MDN number
  3. Now highlight IMSI and enter your 10 digit MIN number
  4. Press the Blackberry Menu button and select “save”
  5. The phone should then restart
  6. Done
Diagnostic Mode
  1. Open up Blackberry Desktop Software
  2. Now plug in your phone to the computer
  3. Let Blackberry Desktop Software recognize your phone
  4. The phone should now be detected by CyberFlashing
Additional Troubleshooting
  1. All BlackBerry handsets require the BlackBerry Desktop Manager application to be open to be detected. See Driver Archive for download.
