Programming Instructions
  1. Power the phone on
  2. Press the menu key
  3. Go to settings and enter the display menu
  4. Press * followed by 000000
  5. Select network settings then NAM 1
  6. Enter in MDN phone number (10 digit number), then click OK
  7. Enter in MIN phone number (10 digit number) then click OK
  8. Select Done and click OK
  9. Phone will power cycle and programming is now complete
