Programming Instructions
  1. Dial ##776472611000 on the touch screen then open the keyboard and hit Send
  2. Enter the SPC (000000)
  3. Select the Service Program option
  4. Handset will show its ESN, click Ok to continue
  5. Enter MDN phone number (10 Digit number), click Ok to continue
  6. Enter MIN phone number (10 Digit number), click Ok to continue
  7. Verify that the SID is correct, click Ok to continue
  8. Click Ok at the NAM menu
  9. Click on exit
  10. Handset will power cycle and programming is complete
Diagnostic Mode
  1. In case phone doesn’t read:
  2. Menu, Settings, USB Auto Detect, and select Modem
  3. If the phone still doesn’t read after doing the steps above, try this:
  4. Bring up the dial pad and enter ##5473784236368 then hit
  5. SEND/TALK button and enter 000000 if asked for a code.
  6. Select Data-LG, PortMap (DIAG), UsbDiag, then exit to main screen
Additional Troubleshooting
  1. Make sure phone is in diag mode. (if applicable)
  2. Ensure port on phone is clean, brush out if necessary.
  3. Check for proper cable and snug connection to phone port.
  4. Unplug computer side of USB cable, wait 3 seconds and plug into different usb port.
  5. Reinstall drivers for your mobile device. Use Device Manager to ensure you dont have any driver conflicts and the phone is showing up properly.
