Programming Instructions
  1. Press the green talk symbol to get to the dial pad. Enter ##000000#
  2. Choose Edit Mode
  3. Click on MDN and enter your 10 digit phone number then click OK
  4. Click on MSID and enter your 10 digit MIN number then click OK
  5. Press the MENU button and select Commit Modifications
  6. The phone will restart and programming will be complete
Diagnostic Mode
  1. Go to Menu, Settings, Applications, Development and check "USB Debugging"
  2. Click on “Phone” to bring up the dial pad
  3. Enter ##3424#
  4. A photo of 3 devices will come up and it will say “DM Command Service” on top
  5. Phone is now on DIAG mode
Additional Troubleshooting
    Note: This is only needed if the phone has never been activated, or freshly reset.
  1. ##3282#
  2. password = 000000
  3. active profile (if available) = 1
  4. username = carrier username  (example: 1234567890@mycricket.com
    Note: This is only needed if the phone cannot play YouTube videos.
  1. Dial ##3282#
  2. Edit Mode, Password is 000000
  3. Scroll down to and select the “RTSP/HTTP Setting.”
  4. Select “HTTP proxy IP” set it to “0.0.0.0”. Select “HTTP proxy port” set it to “0”.
  5. Select “RTSP proxy IP” set it to “0.0.0.0”. Select “RTSP proxy port” set it to “0”.
  6. Press the "Back" button. Press the "Menu" button. Select “Commit Modifications.”
